Job Summary

Own KSA and GCC tax compliance for a fast-growing fintech by preparing corporate tax, Zakat, VAT, and withholding tax filings, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and managing ZATCA portal activities. Calculate monthly and year-end tax provisions, support statutory and tax audits, and monitor changes in Saudi tax legislation. Partner with IT and finance to ensure FATOORA e-invoicing compliance and review contracts and cross-border transactions for correct WHT treatment.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare corporate tax, Zakat, VAT, and withholding tax compliance including calculation, filing, and payment within deadlines.
•Calculate and record monthly and year-end tax provisions and support accurate financial reporting.
•Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation for tax positions and regulatory submissions.
•Manage end-to-end ZATCA portal activities, including registration updates, return submissions, and responses to queries/notices.
•Support statutory and tax audits by liaising with external auditors and ZATCA officials and preparing required schedules and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in tax reporting & compliance or external audit, preferably in a fintech, bank, or Big 4 environment.
•Strong technical knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (Zakat, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax).
•Experience handling regulatory submissions to authorities such as ZATCA.
•Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
•Fluent English and Arabic (written and verbal).
