Job Summary

Lead HR outcomes for the ATI Specialty Materials Monroe Division, owning HR generalist activities including leadership development, performance management, retention, and employee relations. Ensure HR policies and programs are consistently administered and enforced, and protect a union-free environment through effective employee relations. Directly lead HR Business Partners across the Monroe, Pageland, and Richburg facilities, overseeing coaching, counseling, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and develop HR Business Partners across the Monroe, Pageland, and Richburg facilities through leadership, development, coaching, and guidance.
•Influence people strategy to improve business results, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
•Protect a union-free environment through effective employee relations policies and practices.
•Manage and lead coaching, counseling, advice, and risk assessment on HR and employee-related issues for staff and management.
•Oversee implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, and administer ongoing and annual performance management processes, including merit documentation.

Key Requirements

•4-year college degree (or equivalent experience).
•7 years of leadership experience within an HR function.
•3 years of supervisor or management experience with HR professionals.
•Experience developing and delivering training to employees and managers.
•Experience in contract negotiations, labor relations and bargaining, and union/management relations is preferred.
