Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify protection gaps using a needs-based approach and recommend suitable insurance solutions to support Premier conversion.
  • •Partner with Premier Relationship Managers and branch/service channels to enable simplified insurance journeys and improve client experience.
  • •Provide technical support for solution structuring, conduct protection/portfolio reviews (as appropriate), and assess suitability while managing risks and opportunities.
  • •Coach PRMs and teams to improve insurance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and quality.
  • •Ensure recommendations and sales activity follow suitability requirements and comply with local regulations and IWPB policy standards.

Key Requirements

  • •IRDAI certification (mandatory, as applicable to the market and role requirements).
  • •3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or in insurance selling (protection-focused), preferably within banking/wealth or a comparable distribution model.
  • •Attain/maintain any additional professional or internal standards required.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • •Ensure all processes and sales activity follow the needs-based sales process and meet suitability requirements.
