Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests in a natural, friendly manner and suggestively sell beverages and menu items at the bar.
•Prepare beverages consistently according to standard recipes and venue specifications, following control systems.
•Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly; prioritize and organize drink orders.
•Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards, including recording equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log.
•Perform opening, running, and closing duties, including preparing guest checks on the point of sales terminal and processing payments per policy.

Key Requirements

•Complete Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) as required.
•Have cash handling experience and the ability to handle late hours and a flexible schedule.

•Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills and teamwork in a busy, fast-paced environment.
•Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to intoxicated guests and refuse further service in a courteous, safety-minded manner.
