Branch Manager - Southaven Northwest

Lead all facets of branch sales, service, and operations while managing a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers. Coach and develop your team to resolve customer issues, drive budgeted production goals, and grow new and existing relationships. Oversee recruitment and ensure the branch operates in line with banking, security, risk, and regulatory policies. Maintain product and policy knowledge and strengthen community and internal partnerships to support consistent business development.
