Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
  • •Implement FBT, enhanced CBT (CBT-E), CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
  • •Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with an expectation of 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time for administrative tasks.
  • •Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and update quality documentation and ongoing assessments for patients and families.
  • •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participate in trainings/supervision, and use between-session messaging via Equip’s EMR.

Key Requirements

  • •Active, unrestricted, independent psychotherapy license to practice in Massachusetts.
  • •Ability to support a caseload across all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds, and acuity levels.
  • •Passion for evidence-based care and treatment, especially mental health and eating disorder treatment.
  • •Availability to provide care 2 evenings per week until 8pm in your patient caseload primary time zone.
