Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain executives’ diaries based on their priorities and constraints to balance commitments.
  • •Coordinate administrative activities including key events, travel, action items, and presentations.

  • •Manage expenses by preparing and submitting expense reports and processing departmental expenses and invoices for payment.
