Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end Product Change Management (PCM) for assigned CMP platforms, including ECO approval/control, product configuration control, and PCN implementation.
  • •Develop and execute obsolescence strategy, including part monitoring/risk assessment, replacement strategies, last-time-buy evaluation, and supplier compliance for EOL notifications.
  • •Build and run a Tool Lifetime Management program to extend installed base life and enable service revenue growth through upgrades and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • •Ensure configuration, BOM, and data accuracy, including leading Configuration Accuracy Review Meetings (CaRM), BOM accuracy, and NSR approvals.
  • •Lead cross-functional program and stakeholder execution to meet division goals for quality, cost, delivery, and revenue, including division-level continuity and crisis support.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in semiconductor equipment experience, with direct knowledge of CMP tools, subsystems, and service environments.
  • •Lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to execution, balancing customer impact, cost, risk, and revenue.
  • •Use data analytics to assess obsolescence risk, lifecycle trends, cost models, Last Time Buy, and support runway to inform decisions.
  • •Own semiconductor equipment lifecycle stewardship for long-lived platforms, including obsolescence mitigation and replacement strategies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, enabling collaboration with hardware, controls, and software teams.
