Job Summary

Support day-to-day IT operations by setting up and configuring new laptops with standard settings, restoring older devices, and coordinating laptop delivery, receiving, and warranty repairs. Help manage access for new hires and deactivate accounts for leavers, triage assigned ticket queues, and assist with troubleshooting by checking laptops for physical defects. Also support CCTV review to align recorded footage with the correct date and time.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and configure new laptops according to Laku6 default settings.
•Factory reset and restore images of older laptops for redeployment.
•Coordinate delivery of assets for new hires, replacement laptops, and warranty repairs for defective devices.
•Check and answer ticket queues assigned to the intern and report defects and related activities to the line manager.
•Create access for new hires and deactivate accounts for leavers; check CCTV recordings onsite and remotely and align them to the correct date/time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: IDR 3,000,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Vocational High School, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
•Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Google Workspace, or user account administration.
•Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware, including laptop diagnostics and component identification.
•Ability to speak English (basic/intermediate) and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
