Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Middle Office Asset Servicing operations for VIP clients, including end-to-end corporate actions processing.
  • •Manage income processing, settlements, and cash and holdings reconciliations.
  • •Lead operations teams and manage resources to maintain quality and productivity despite staff turnover and varying experience.
  • •Drive continuous performance monitoring using Management Information (MI) to report KPI and KRI indicators to senior management.
  • •Ensure internal control standards and apply Group Compliance Policy, including timely handling of audit/regulatory points and related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • •At least 18 months of securities experience, preferably in asset services or custody and clearing.
  • •At least 5 years of managerial experience in operations, including overseeing teams and senior management across stakeholders from different jurisdictions.
  • •Experience managing operations with distinct KPI delivery and market-driven requirements.
  • •Strong analytical/statistical and data mining skills, with experience in transformation/automation (VBA, robotics, Python) or process migration (preferred).
