Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive manufacturing test strategies for new products and features, including fixtures, equipment, diagnostic software, and supporting infrastructure.
  • •Define scalable board- and system-level hardware test methodologies and manufacturing processes.
  • •Lead system bring-up and debug across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing issues during product build phases.
  • •Develop and support automated diagnostic generation, test content, and validation infrastructure using Python and scripting languages.
  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to improve test coverage, yield, quality, and production efficiency, and provide DFT recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on systems test and validation experience debugging complex data center hardware and software platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of computer architecture and Linux/Unix operating environments, with manufacturing test and automation experience.
  • •Experience with post-silicon system integration, including test programs, diagnostics, firmware/boot processes, and POST codes.
  • •Proficiency developing manufacturing tests using ATE, including test patterns/vectors and diagnostic generation.
  • •Programming and tooling experience with Python and scripting (e.g., Bash/shell), plus C/C++/C#/Java and revision control (e.g., Git/SVN).
