Job Summary

Own and coordinate global real estate services sustainability initiatives across Asia and the Middle East, translating ESG strategy into practical delivery with strong governance. Partner with regional teams, market leads, and suppliers to implement environmental compliance plans, green leasing and metering roll-outs, and renewable electricity ambitions (including RE100 pathways). Drive ESG data management, reporting, risk/escalation tracking, and capability-building through training and insight-led internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate global sustainability projects such as environmental compliance plans, green leasing, and metering roll-outs, driving delivery through to BAU with markets and supplier partners.
•Support AME delivery by working with regional supplier ESG teams and market leads to translate global requirements into country-level plans and outcomes.
•Lead ESG data management and reporting for AME, ensuring accuracy/completeness and using outputs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Support target setting and delivery, including EUI alignment and developing the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) roadmap for Scope 1 and 2 public reduction targets.
•Provide governance, documentation, and ESG expertise; establish controls and advise on relevant ESG standards, regulations, and best practice for the built environment.

Key Requirements

•Manage and coordinate global sustainability projects, including environmental compliance planning and green leasing/metering roll-outs through to BAU with markets and suppliers.
•Translate global ESG requirements into clear AME country-level plans, actions, and measurable outcomes through engagement with regional supplier ESG teams and market leads.
•Ensure ESG data management and reporting for AME, including data quality (accuracy and completeness) and insight generation for trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Support target setting and delivery, including EUI targets and development of the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) roadmap for Scope 1 and 2 reductions.
•Provide ESG subject matter expertise and advise on ESG standards, regulations, and best practice for the real estate and built environment.
