Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI too
  • •Prepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s)
  • •Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time
  • •Install EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications (Smart figure)
  • •Deep competence on virtual and physical environments (Hardware/Software)

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT).
  • •Hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems).
  • •Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building-automation controls, and standard protocols.
  • •Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • •Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.
