Job Summary

Serve as Field Service Engineer for HVAC, supporting building performance through HVAC, security, and building-automation systems. You’ll monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, configure software and hardware, and ensure smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. Works across IT, networking, and control environments, collaborating with local and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive, customer-facing service.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI too
•Prepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s)
•Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time
•Install EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications (Smart figure)
•Deep competence on virtual and physical environments (Hardware/Software)

Key Requirements

•Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT).
•Hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems).
•Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building-automation controls, and standard protocols.
•Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
•Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.
