Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee underwriting and portfolio management for new and material transactions, from initial read through closing.
  • •Perform and review LBO/financial modeling and credit analysis (historical and pro forma cash flow; DCF and sensitivity modeling) for new opportunities and ongoing monitoring.
  • •Lead prospective borrower diligence, transaction review/underwriting, and assess credit risk to support credit recommendations.
  • •Prepare and present new opportunity screening memos and borrower credit approval/write-ups, including amendment or incremental financing recommendations.
  • •Oversee portfolio monitoring and present quarterly recommendations, including identifying deteriorating/troubled credits and advising on extensions or non-extensions of credit.
