Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead advanced structured cabling & ICT infrastructure work: install, service, upgrade, and decommission complex cabling systems.
  • •Execute advanced fiber and copper tasks, including fusion splicing high strand ribbon fiber, terminating/testing, and performing advanced troubleshooting.
  • •Be the onsite subject matter expert for TIA/BICSI standards, building codes, and life safety requirements; perform testing (Fluke DSX8000, OTDR), inspection, documentation, and remediation.
  • •Install and manage infrastructure components such as racks, cable trays, cabinets, pathways, patch panels, bonding, firestopping, and cable channeling.
  • •Act as first-level field leadership: mentor Technicians I & II, coordinate workflows to keep projects on schedule, and provide customer-facing status updates and emergency service support with SLA compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage cabling systems.
  • •Proven ability to install, terminate, test, and certify copper and fiber systems.
  • •Understanding of NEC, ANSI, TIA, EIA, and BICSI standards.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
