Job Summary

Deliver HR advisory consulting for small-to-medium talent, rewards, and performance projects, including end-to-end module delivery. Serve as a key client contact for smaller engagements, identify client needs, and provide high-quality consultation aligned with HR best practices. Translate HR solutions into actionable guidance, empower client knowledge and skills, and maintain strong client relationships through solid analysis, problem-solving, and clear communication in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver HR advisory consulting project/module work for talent, rewards, and performance initiatives.
•Act as a primary project liaison/contact for smaller consulting engagements and drive client satisfaction.
•Identify client needs and provide high-quality consultation within defined solutions.
•Explain HR solutions and best practices to clients.
•Empower clients with knowledge and skills while building and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or Economics.
•At least 2 years of HR advisory or consulting experience.
•In-depth knowledge of human resources management.
•Strong understanding of business operations and HR practices in Chinese companies and MNCs.
•Solid problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions.
