Job Summary

Manage the delivery of complex multi-stream projects using formal project management methodology. Own project scope, schedule, financials, risk/issues, resourcing, and governance; lead planning, dependency coordination, and progress reporting. Maintain the programme roadmap and monitor benefits realisation. Partner with Product Owner and Solutions Delivery Manager, and drive business case development through project close out while influencing senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and deliver complex multi-stream projects in line with project management methodology, including scope, schedule, financials, risk/issues, resourcing, and governance.
•Document and monitor project delivery plans, organise governance fora, and prepare progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
•Coordinate identification and management of external dependencies across the programme.
•Communicate and manage programme risks and issues; drive problem solving for project deliverables and enforce methodology adherence.
•Maintain the programme roadmap, monitor benefits realisation with outcome metrics, and coordinate business case/financial governance through project close out.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of project management experience in financial services.
•Experience delivering complex projects with strong presentation skills.
•Strong background in financial, stakeholder, and people management.
•Experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to close.
•Project management qualification such as PMBOK or Prince2 and primary degree.
