Key Responsibilities

  • •Wire sub-assemblies and components to specifications using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, and basic hand tools.
  • •Perform mechanical assembly by installing electrical components and steel parts.
  • •Execute complex wiring tasks using schematics, diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • •Ensure copper connections meet required specifications and inspect completed work to verify electrical standards.
  • •Follow production schedules, collaborate to identify/escalate production issues, maintain a safe work environment, and cross-train as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and ladder climbing in support of material handling and tool use.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate reliable attendance.
  • •Ability to use power and hand tools and read/interpet blueprints.
  • •Must be within a 50-mile radius of the work location (active-duty military exempt).
