Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial integrity of AI initiatives for accounting, ensuring accurate, complete, compliant data for externally filed financial statements.
  • •Manage AI governance rollout project efforts and drive cross-functional technical and financial milestones on schedule.
  • •Drive execution of complex financial tasks and review team deliverables for quality and productivity.
  • •Select, develop, motivate, and coach a technical staff to maintain high-quality work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • •5+ years in Accounting or other Finance field.
  • •2+ years experience as a Manager / Supervisor.
  • •CPA preferred.
  • •Experience with accounting and/or reporting systems; strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
