Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily cash positioning across multiple bank accounts and legal entities and monitor balances to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution.
  • •Prepare and communicate daily cash and liquidity reports and execute approved cash transactions (wire transfers, ACH payments, funding, and investments).
  • •Support credit and lending administration by reconciling credit facilities and loan agreements, and calculating/recording interest expense and debt activity.
  • •Prepare/review journal entries, perform reconciliations and balance sheet analyses, lead cash and treasury month-end close, and support financial reporting and audits.
  • •Identify and drive process improvements by streamlining and automating cash management/reconciliation and supporting ERP/treasury system enhancements and documentation of procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, treasury, cash management, or a related finance function, preferably in large complex organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations, banking practices, GAAP, and internal controls.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query, and financial analysis.
  • •ERP systems and financial reporting tool experience required (Oracle, M3, Adage or similar preferred).
