•Competitive & market analysis: monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics and demand generators to optimize revenue strategy.
•Forecasting & financial analysis: generate weekly, monthly and long-term revenue forecasts and analyze room performance and trends.
•Revenue strategy & pricing optimization: develop pricing tactics, group pricing, and inventory management to maximize revenue.
•Collaboration & business development: partner with Director of Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Front Office to drive demand and align strategies.
•Technology, systems management & training: ensure effective use of revenue management tools and train teams on revenue principles
