•Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle by aligning customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities.
•Define strategy and roadmap priorities balancing business value, delivery efficiency, and technical constraints.
•Create and manage requirements artifacts including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications; maintain documentation standards and requirements traceability.
•Manage Business Analysts and evolve the Business Analysis function by setting standards, coaching, and improving practices to raise delivery quality.
•Use data and KPIs to guide solution decisions, identify trends and risks, and drive outcomes in cross-functional environments.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution development, product solution leadership, or a related discipline.
•Develop and execute complex requirements and solution designs across enterprise-scale systems.
•Proven record hiring, developing, coaching, and managing people, ideally including Business Analysts.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering) or a business discipline (preferred but not required).
•Strong understanding of business analysis practices, requirements lifecycle management, solution design, documentation standards, and traceability.
