Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution development, product solution leadership, or a related discipline.
  • •Develop and execute complex requirements and solution designs across enterprise-scale systems.
  • •Proven record hiring, developing, coaching, and managing people, ideally including Business Analysts.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering) or a business discipline (preferred but not required).
