Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and review/oversee LBO and credit modeling to support new transaction evaluation and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
  • •Lead prospective borrower diligence and transaction review/underwriting from initial read through closing.
  • •Prepare recommendations on extending (or not extending) credit and present credit recommendations to business line leadership and credit risk management.
  • •Lead credit agreement legal documentation review and negotiation with internal and external counsel.
  • •Oversee a subset of assigned portfolio companies/borrowers, including identifying deteriorating/troubled credits and producing quarterly monitoring reports and credit rating recommendations.
