Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve authorization challenges by defining how companies authorize agent actions and enforcing least privilege on a user’s behalf.
  • •Design phishing-resistant authentication and authorization for both people and agents acting for them.
  • •Set architectural direction for distributed systems and complex API integrations that can scale.
  • •Drive engineering quality by acting as a voice for product/quality judgment and improving CI/CD, observability, documentation, reliability, and support.
  • •Coach and multiply by raising the team’s technical bar and establishing practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced ability to apply AI meaningfully across the software development lifecycle, evaluating new tooling with good judgment.
  • •Proven experience defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs using modern web technologies.
  • •Strong security fundamentals, including web authentication and authorization flows and protecting sensitive user data.
  • •Deep expertise building reliable, secure, enterprise-grade software in Java (or another type-safe language).
  • •High proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with true fullstack capability to ship robust frontends.
