Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively implement and maintain a safe working environment while supporting MESH and other Eaton initiatives.
  • •Guide the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, improve on-time delivery, labor utilization, productivity, and cost-out.
  • •Promote lean manufacturing and the Continuous Improvement Framework Management System to reduce scrap, rework, and overtime costs while maintaining quality objectives.
  • •Train, evaluate, coach, and develop employees, including operator certifications and cross-training.
  • •Conduct tier meetings and shift handovers, ensure attendance/pay records are accurate, uphold union-management labor contract requirements, and communicate with engineers, planning, and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
