Job Summary

Perform a mix of manual labor and safe heavy equipment operation to support aggregate, asphalt, construction, or quarry operations. Assist with daily production, maintenance, and site activities while following safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Operate loaders, skid steers, excavators, dozers, haul and water trucks, rollers, and more; handle material loading and transport; complete inspections, documentation, fueling/servicing tasks, and report malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general labor duties to support plant, quarry, construction, or yard operations.
•Operate equipment including front-end loaders, skid steers, excavators, dozers, haul trucks, water trucks, rollers, and other equipment as assigned.
•Load, move, stockpile, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
•Assist with plant operations, production activities, maintenance projects, repairs, cleanup, and housekeeping.
•Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections, complete documentation, perform routine equipment servicing, and report malfunctions, safety concerns, and maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is preferred.
•Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
•Experience in construction, aggregate, quarry, mining, asphalt, concrete, or related industries is preferred.
•Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance knowledge are beneficial.
•Ability to safely operate mobile equipment and comply with workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
