Job Summary

Lead and participate in store production activities to meet safety and efficiency goals. Monitor production functions to ensure compliance with company policies, support environmental and safety requirements with the EHS team, and maintain equipment through preventative maintenance. Partner with sales and production staff to improve results and execute strategies, while assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance coaching.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure store safety and environmental compliance.
•Direct and participate in store housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, environmentally compliant store.
•Monitor and maintain equipment condition, report equipment problems, and ensure preventative maintenance is followed.
•Support hiring, training, delegation, and scheduling, and monitor/evaluate job performance to develop production staff.
•Monitor production activities to ensure production goals are met and assist with customer care functions as needed.
