Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure store safety and environmental compliance.
  • •Direct and participate in store housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, environmentally compliant store.
  • •Monitor and maintain equipment condition, report equipment problems, and ensure preventative maintenance is followed.
  • •Support hiring, training, delegation, and scheduling, and monitor/evaluate job performance to develop production staff.
  • •Monitor production activities to ensure production goals are met and assist with customer care functions as needed.
