•Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and provide ongoing user support throughout delivery lifecycles
•Produce high-quality client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans

•Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field
