Specialist Navigator

Serve as the primary liaison between Clover’s Network Performance team and specialist providers to translate analytics into measurable network improvements. Drive the Specialist Optimization Initiative by developing and maintaining provider relationships, leading data-driven conversations on utilization and practice variation, and supporting strategies to remove barriers to outpatient utilization. Track KPIs, monitor adoption of recommended practice changes, and partner across Analytics, Clinical, and Network Performance to improve access, affordability, quality, and network efficiency.
