Job Summary

Join the Transportation Division as a Hazmat Truck Driver delivering refined fuels to CHS customer locations safely and efficiently. You’ll complete daily maintenance reporting, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading, and follow regulations for bulk liquid commodities including petroleum, propane, and anhydrous ammonia. Maintain electronic logs and on-board computer systems, support a strong safety culture, and be prepared for extended in-season hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver commodities to customer locations safely, punctually, and efficiently.
•Complete daily maintenance reports and notify the shop supervisor of needed repairs.
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and manage loading and unloading.
•Follow guidelines and regulations for hauling bulk liquid products, including petroleum, propane, and anhydrous ammonia.
•Maintain electronic logs and on-board computer for each shipment, and utilize loading arms and hoses.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of Class A driving experience.
•Valid Class A CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•Ability to read, write, communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
•Ability to complete pre-employment screening if required, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse.
