Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, enhance, and support data ingestion and ETL/ELT solutions, ensuring reliable data delivery through validation, reconciliation, and failed-job recovery.
  • •Design, maintain, and monitor Apache Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration, scheduling, dependency management, retries, and failure recovery.
  • •Provide production and agentic support using AI-assisted monitoring, troubleshooting, incident summarization, and resolution recommendations.
  • •Perform incident triage and RCA for critical or recurring incidents; coordinate with stakeholders and track corrective/preventive actions through closure.
  • •Support release management and operational readiness activities, including deployment planning, release validation, rollback readiness, post-release monitoring, and maintaining runbooks/SOPs/operational reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, enterprise integrations, data warehouse platforms, and production systems.
  • •Strong SQL development, data analysis, and production troubleshooting skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python and Snowflake.
  • •Experience designing and monitoring Apache Airflow DAGs for scheduling, orchestration, dependencies, retries, and failure recovery.
  • •Experience supporting MuleSoft APIs and enterprise integrations, with understanding of ETL/ELT, incident management, release management, and SLA-based production support.
