Senior HR Business Partner

Deliver the people agenda within an assigned area by partnering with business managers and providing day-to-day HR advice. Lead or execute HR programs across the employee life cycle, manage complex cases, and coach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness. Oversee talent management, reward decisions, recruitment planning, change impact, HR policy application, and HR metrics analysis, ensuring HR service excellence through Shared Services and Centres of Expertise.
