Key Responsibilities

  • •Model selling behaviors and coaching to deliver the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Support store management in training and coaching store staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
  • •Assist leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and driving a positive, engaging shopping experience.
  • •Support operational excellence including getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
  • •Follow directives from store management and help ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and programs.
