Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard store assets and support a safe, inclusive shopping environment by partnering with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager. Lead safety awareness efforts, maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, and collaborate on shrink reduction initiatives. Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, respond to incidents with de-escalation, complete audits and reports, and ensure compliance with asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
