Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach to profitability and efficiency with the store leadership team, initiating and delegating work and providing feedback.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate root causes and partner with the General Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion strong visual standards and support a safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development of talent, and use company performance tools to evaluate and provide constant feedback.

  • •2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
