Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the installation, testing, performance monitoring, and maintenance of global software applications to streamline engineering and construction operations.
•Configure project controls platforms (Primavera, Unifier, Power Apps, and other project management software) to meet program requirements, workflow designs, and contractual obligations.
•Analyze business workflows and translate them into technical designs and automated system logic.
•Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing diagnostic tests before releasing updates.
•Provide tier-2/3 application support for internal and external users.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or a closely related technical field.
•6+ years of experience in technical application support, with a proven track record in project/program controls system implementation.
•Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, server/database methods, cloud infrastructure, and hands-on experience working with Web APIs.
•Solid understanding of basic business practices, accounting principles, and data reporting structures associated with capital project management.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen to users, interpret vague scope guidance, and accurately document technical design information.
