Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the installation, testing, performance monitoring, and maintenance of global software applications to streamline engineering and construction operations.
  • •Configure project controls platforms (Primavera, Unifier, Power Apps, and other project management software) to meet program requirements, workflow designs, and contractual obligations.
  • •Analyze business workflows and translate them into technical designs and automated system logic.
  • •Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing diagnostic tests before releasing updates.
  • •Provide tier-2/3 application support for internal and external users.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or a closely related technical field.
  • •6+ years of experience in technical application support, with a proven track record in project/program controls system implementation.
  • •Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, server/database methods, cloud infrastructure, and hands-on experience working with Web APIs.
  • •Solid understanding of basic business practices, accounting principles, and data reporting structures associated with capital project management.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen to users, interpret vague scope guidance, and accurately document technical design information.
