Job Summary

This hands-on role designs and runs the full People Programs surface for a high-growth AI company, owning talent management, onboarding, L&D, succession, org design, engagement, and compensation. You’ll operate globally across time zones, partnering with People Partners and business leaders to ship practical, scalable programs in a fast-paced environment.

•Turn blank pages into shipped programs with minimal team support
•Develop and scale manager and lead enablement initiatives based on proven efficacy
•Lead compensation design and benchmarking in fast-shifting markets
•Operate globally and coordinate across time zones and geographies

•Experience in compensation design and benchmarking, including navigating complex, fast-shifting markets
•Operates globally; comfortable working across time zones and geographies
