Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the PCA in planning, tracking, and reporting project financial performance.
  • •Assist with consolidating and analyzing monthly/quarterly forecasts and delivering variance insights on budget impacts and contract performance.
  • •Help with month-end accounting tasks such as cost, revenue, and accrual reconciliations, including over/under variance analysis.
  • •Assist with billing and collections processes, including subcontractor/vendor payments, invoice backup documentation, and unbilled revenue/accrual calculations.
  • •Support project setup and reporting in financial management systems (Costpoint), including purchase orders, risk analysis, and project closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •US Citizenship with the ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • •0-2 years of experience with government contracts.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables.
