Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account managers and energy engineers to diagnose energy opportunities and support small energy projects that address customer issues.
  • •Provide technical analysis/review for energy projects, including project risk assessment.
  • •Shadow and perform building walk-throughs to identify energy conservation measures across architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • •Contribute to reporting capability development from both a software and usability perspective and investigate new technologies.
  • •Analyze data outputs for trends/deviations and assist with opportunity qualification through audits, benchmarking, site surveys, and interviews.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the entire summer internship, with a preferred engineering discipline (Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • •Completed at least sophomore/2nd year before the start of the summer internship.
  • •Have the legal right to work in Canada.
  • •Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and be able to provide proof of insurance.
  • •Have no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI (previous 3 years), hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions.
