Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end UX activities including discovery, user flows, IA, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • •Deliver polished UI with responsive layouts, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
  • •Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices for content and contrast.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into build-ready designs and acceptance criteria; collaborate on component libraries/design systems and code UI where needed.
  • •Provide senior leadership by mentoring peers, running critiques/workshops, and driving consistency and quality across products.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years’ experience in UX/UI design, product design, design engineering, or similar roles.
  • •Strong portfolio showing end-to-end discovery → design → delivery work with measurable outcomes.
  • •Strong interaction and visual design skills for complex journeys (forms, onboarding, dashboards, transactional flows).
  • •Proficiency with design tools and collaborative workflows (Figma preferred).
  • •Practical experience applying accessibility and inclusive design, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
