Job Summary

Lead multiple enterprise IT projects in the Governance organization, partnering with cross-functional technical teams, IT leaders, and external vendors. Own project leadership for implementations, upgrades, conversions, and migrations, serving as a liaison to sponsors while managing expectations and communication. Plan, monitor, and adjust schedules; identify constraints and risks; coordinate resolution of complex issues; and track/report status, progress, and staffing across SDLC phases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline and at least 8 years of IT project management experience (or equivalent education and work experience).
•Experience with Waterfall or combined Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
•Knowledge of financial services process/workflow including data management, fund servicing, core banking deposit payments, and fraud management.
•Experience with data conversions across multiple systems.
