Lead the Perth Cabin Crew base to drive operational excellence and engagement. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with safety, service, and performance standards in a 24/7 environment, managing a team of On-Board and Crew Experience Managers. Balance safety, on-time performance, customer experience, and crew engagement outcomes while implementing business plans, managing base budgets, and optimizing crew productivity and resource utilisation. Partner with airport teams and stakeholders to maintain strong industrial relations and compliance.
