Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and develop relationships with top merchants and acquirers across Central Asia, leading end-to-end commercialization of business development objectives.
  • •Drive adoption of Visa payment products, solutions, and value-added services within assigned accounts to strengthen Visa impact.
  • •Identify, assess, and proactively address F2F acquiring and eCommerce trends, opportunities, and risks across Central Asia.
  • •Facilitate co-brand initiatives across the full lifecycle, including prospecting, lead development, business case creation, negotiations, contracting, and launch.
  • •Support post-launch co-brand programs including performance management, upselling, renewals, and extensions to sustain profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in payments, digital products, and eCommerce business development, with proven pipeline management and negotiation experience.
  • •Demonstrated success in sales, relationship management, and complex negotiations with senior and C-level executives.
  • •Solid understanding of eCommerce and acquiring models and their implications for networks, acquirers, and merchants.
  • •Strong commercial acumen; prior product P&L responsibility is an advantage.
  • •Fluent English and Russian required; Kazakh or Uzbek is a strong advantage.
