Key Responsibilities

  • •Set YouTube channel strategy with the creative team (topics, formats, cadence, audience).
  • •Own growth metrics including watch time and retention, iterating on what works.
  • •Write, film, edit, and finish videos, including screen recordings, on-camera segments, and custom motion graphics.
  • •Use Runway generative tools as a core workflow to teach and produce videos.
  • •Build a viewer community and find guest collaborators, partnering with Product and Marketing on launches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •An active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work.
  • •Expert editing and motion graphics skills plus filmmaking fundamentals (shooting, lighting, and directing).
  • •Advanced hands-on experience with Runway and fluency with other generative AI video tools.
  • •A clear point of view on filmmaking/advertising/visual storytelling and an ability to teach it while keeping audience engagement.
  • •The ability to run the full production cycle alone, without a crew.
