Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs, and assist with other tasks to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and efficient.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales and operational environment.
