Job Summary

Drive commercially focused B2B marketing for HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking in Indonesia, working with corporate clients across digital, events, omni-channel, partnerships, and sponsorships. Act as the link between global campaigns and local execution, managing creative/media/digital/event agencies and rolling out platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement marketing strategy and local marketing plans for key segments to achieve CIB business goals and ROI targets.
•Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic events, including planning, creative/content development, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, logistics, and post-event analysis.
•Serve as point of contact between global content/campaign teams and local execution, supporting best-in-class performance and global objectives.
•Interlock developments in Global MarTech platforms (marketing automation, email, analytics) to enable local campaign and platform enhancements.
•Manage marketing measurement and insights, including budget management, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring processes and compliance approvals are followed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of solid B2B marketing experience, preferably in commercial marketing for banking or financial services.
•Ability to translate client and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
•Knowledge of transaction banking products and services (plus).
•Strong collaboration across a complex global, matrixed organization, including locally and across borders.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and strong stakeholder management with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
