Maintenance Technician - 3rd

Overhaul, repair, and test high-speed production equipment on the 3rd shift, including ovens, packaging machines, mixers, cartoners, baggers, stuffers, and smoke houses. Apply electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding skills to keep systems running safely and in compliance with GMPs and USDA guidelines. Maintain documentation, shop prints, spare parts inventory, and coordinate with maintenance leadership and outside contractors.
