Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • •Act as the senior on-water authority, enforcing safety protocols and operational procedures during activities.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members to improve skills and consistency.
  • •Support pre-opening setup and commissioning of facilities and equipment, including onboarding and training contributions.
  • •Monitor environmental conditions, manage equipment readiness and maintenance coordination, handle escalations, and maintain accurate operational records and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Water Sports Instructor or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ISA, RYA, or recognized authority).
  • •3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
  • •Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines and senior instructor/supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date).
  • •Strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management, with leadership and mentoring ability.
