Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finance integration workstreams for M&A transactions from due diligence through Day 1 and Day 100 milestones, including playbook refinement and synergy realization reporting.
  • •Maintain a modular Finance Integration Playbook with diligence checklists, readiness plans, 30/60/90/100-day task libraries, templates, communications approaches, and systems migration frameworks.
  • •Proactively manage risks and anticipate issues that threaten project goals; propose and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Provide stakeholders with decisions and milestone tracking; ensure executive sponsors receive status updates and appropriate escalations.
  • •Contribute to finance change management for integration-related process and system changes, including chart of accounts harmonization and ERP/tool migrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (business or finance preferred).
  • •7+ years in finance or finance systems, including 5+ years of finance project or program management.
  • •3+ years leading Finance M&A integrations, including due diligence support, Day 1 planning, and post-close integration.
  • •Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • •Ability to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders with strong executive presence and sound judgment under time pressure.
