Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and expedite purchase orders, vendor commitments, and material deliveries against approved project schedules.
  • •Develop and maintain expediting trackers for critical and long-lead equipment, including reviewing supplier manufacturing schedules.
  • •Coordinate delivery forecasts and logistics plans to support construction sequencing and workface planning.
  • •Monitor document submission schedules (drawings, specifications, FAT documentation, turnover packages, and quality records) and ensure schedule integration with Project Controls.
  • •Produce procurement and expediting dashboards and provide executive-level reporting on critical equipment status, delivery risks, and supplier performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • •5+ years' experience in procurement expediting, project controls, supply chain, or capital project delivery.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing projects.
  • •Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification processes.
  • •Strong schedule management skills, including critical path methodology.
